My passion for developing, nurturing individuals and teams was grounded in my tenure as an Educator.
Collectively I have more than 10 years’ experience in the Corporate Environment providing Organisational Effectiveness, HR, Change Management, Individual, Team development, Coaching, Mentoring, Training and Facilitation services.
My professional training and accreditation are vested in Organisational Psychology, Psychometrics, Counselling Practice, Advanced HR Training & Management, Curriculum Design, Teaching & Learning. Labour Relations and Research.
