Joslyn Manuel is a registered Industrial Psychologist based in Cape Town,
with over ten years of experience helping individuals and organisations reach their full potential.
My journey to becoming a Industrial / organisational Psychologist, began in education. Spending years as an educator gave me a deep understanding for how human beings learn, develop, and change — and that foundation has shaped every client engagement since.
Being more than a decade in the corporate, public and legal environment, the services rendered include organizational effectiveness, change management, Leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and strategic advisory services. Each engagement has reinforced a core belief: lasting transformation happens when science and humanity work together.
I hold a Doctorate in Philosophy, Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology, and am a recipient of the Golden Key International Honours award for academic excellence — a recognition that reflects the scientific rigour I bring to every client interaction.
My professional training includes Organisational Psychology, Psychometrics, Counselling Practice, Advanced HR Management, Curriculum Design, Labour Relations, and Research.
Having travelled extensively and served actively with Amnesty International in Ireland, I bring a broad, human rights-informed perspective to my work. These experiences have deepened my commitment to practising with integrity, fairness, and care — regardless of who sits across the table.
I am currently registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and practice strictly within the scope of regulations and professional codes of ethics.
